Terms of use

Last updated: June 19, 2026

These baseline terms describe how users should use the converter and what responsibilities remain with the product operator and the user.

In brief

  • Use images you own or have permission to process.
  • Respect content and style-safety boundaries.
  • Plans, quotas, and availability can change as the service evolves.
01

Permitted use

Users may upload source images and request conversions for personal, creative, campaign, product, or workspace review purposes, subject to their plan limits.

Users must not use the service to process content they do not have the right or permission to use.

02

Content rules

Users must not request prohibited content, harassment, non-consensual transformation, or named living-artist imitation.

The service may reject, block, or remove requests and outputs that violate the safety policy or operational requirements.

03

Plans and quotas

Plan access controls determine available presets, monthly conversion limits, and output counts.

Upgrade requests can be reviewed before access changes are applied to a workspace.

The default upgrade request does not collect a payment method, charge users, or grant plan access automatically.

04

Commercial support

Paid deployments should publish cancellation, refund, and payment-support terms before collecting money.

Until self-serve checkout is connected, access changes should come from an operator or trusted billing workflow after review.

05

Service availability

Image conversion depends on product configuration, generation service availability, usage limits, and safety controls.

The service may change, pause, or remove features to protect users, comply with policy, or maintain reliability.

06

Contact and commercial follow-up

For access, safety, rights, privacy, or payment-support questions, email support@zoohero.me. We respond within one business day.
